With more than 20 years of experience in executive compensation consulting for both board-level and management clients, Earnest brings deep expertise in the energy sector, in addition to his other industry background.

Earnest is an experienced strategic advisor and business leader who provides trusted counsel to boards of directors and executive leadership. He has helped clients navigate the complexities of executive pay, creating strategies that align executive rewards with organizational goals and shareholder interests. His support spans all phases of the business cycle and includes managing compensation programs through IPOs, acquisitions, and even bankruptcy, adapting to his client’s corporate needs.
