NEW YORK (June 29, 2020) - Executive compensation consulting firm Pay Governance hired Michael (Mike) Kesner as a Partner. In this role, Kesner is responsible for working with clients across industries on a wide range of executive compensation issues. He is based in Chicago and brings more than 40 years of experience in the executive compensation consulting industry to the firm.

Kesner works extensively with S&P 500 clients in various industries across the United States. His strong consulting, technical and marketing skills will strengthen Pay Governance's presence in the Chicago and Midwest markets. Kesner is a thought leader, featured speaker and author on the topics of executive compensation and corporate governance. He has served on the advisory board of Compensation Standards and was a member of the Blue Ribbon Commission on Executive Compensation.
